A resident of Fruit Heights, Utah, Spencer Plummer serves as the founder of Zeus Investments, LLC, a real estate investment, development, and property management firm. Spencer Plummer is also the founder and manager of Arc of Flight, LLC, a company focused on breeding and raising performance horses used for racing, cutting, and reining. Mr. Plummer maintains membership with numerous professional organizations and is a former member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
Focused on building a global leadership community, the YPO consists of over 29,000 chief executives from 130 countries. Members of the organization have demonstrated their leadership responsibilities and proven their success at being leaders starting from a young age.
To qualify as a member of the YPO, individuals must possess a leadership title, such as president or CEO and hold an executive-level position within their organization that requires them to be solely responsible for managing business operations within their company or a specific division of it. Membership applications are typically accepted only from individuals who are younger than 45, and applicants must also meet specific qualifying rules related to corporate complexity.
